Flat panel controller provides power options

Kontron’s flat panel division expands its aFLAT series with the CRTtoLCD-8 flat panel controller, providing a wide range power supply (12-24 V) to support industrial applications. The controller is an interface, converter, and scaler board between graphic sources and flat panels, and it is mechanically compatible with other members of the CRTtoLCD family. In addition to RGB and DVI, the controller board offers composite and S-Video inputs for PAL/NTSC signals, providing support for different video sources. It is equipped for processing signals from IPCs and video cameras. Applications include medical devices, POS/POI terminals, and gaming machines. Designed around the Genesis FLI5961chip, the controller comes with 2 x 24 Bit LVDS support for up to two flat panels with a resolution up to SXGA. www.kontron.comKontron AG
