Whitaker succeeds Adams as Cutler-Hammer vp

Pittsburgh, Pa.— Jerry Whitaker, general manager, Cutler-Hammer Engineering Services and Systems (CHESS), will succeed David Adams as vp of the firm's Power and Control Systems division. Mr. Adams was recently appointed Cutler-Hammer's Hydraulics and Aerospace Integration vp, reporting to Brian Bachman, senior vp and group executive of the company's Hydraulics, Semiconductor Equipment and Specialty Controls division. Mr. Whitaker, who will be based in Milwaukee, Wis., will continue to report to David Wathen, Cutler-Hammer's senior vp and group executive.
