The editorial on buying direct [Control Engineering, June 1998, p. 43] was excellent. It's the future. As a software developer, I know we are moving more toward direct selling and further away from the VAR channel. And you are right on track with those five final bullets about the basics. Thank you for putting forth the concept that it's okay to buy direct!
