Measure with Magtrol's new LE210 Load Pin

Buffalo, N.Y. - Magtrol Inc.'s new LE210 Load Measuring Pin with an integrated electronic conditioning unit can be mounted into machines in place of normal shafts and fitted with strain gauges allowing them to produce a signal proportional to the measured load. Made in Switzerland, Magtrol's LE210 is made of high-resistance stainless steel. EMC execution allows the LE210 to provide trouble-free, reliable operation without electromagnetic interference. A built-in, 2-wire signal amplifier permits transmission over extended distances and allows for usage in applications where separate signal conditioning is difficult to install. Available in nine standard ranges from 0.5 to 125 tons (5 to 1250 kN), the LE210 can be used for new or refitted installations and is adaptable to various environmental conditions. Magtrol's LE210 Load Pins are used in a number of applications including load measuring and overload protection on cranes, hoisting gear, elevators and winches.
