Bensalem, Pa.-Plant eCM (Equipment Condition Monitoring) v 1.0, SmartSignal's advanced fault detection software, provides companies early warning of abnormal machine and process behavior leading to failure. Advanced warning maximizes an industry's available assets through minimized planned downtime, decreasing unplanned downtime and increasing operating time. Plant eCM was developed for process manufacturing applications. Thus, the software has a small footprint and normally sits in a server on the plant floor. Plant eCM is sensor independent, performing with both vibration and non-vibration sensor inputs. The technology is also available in embedded and remote eCM.
