Irvine, Calif.-6340 electronic load series are capable of testing voltage regulation on power supplies used with GHz processor computers and other instant-demand applications such as storage area networks and web servers. Designed for bench-top use or mounted in a rack for a fully automated test system, 6340 Series offer 625 W, 150 amps and 1250 W, 300 amps models. A built-in 14-bit measurement board provides fast, accurate readings of all VRM (voltage regulation modulation) measurements including current, power supply and load voltage, and output voltage overshoot and undershoot of load steps. Built for lab or production-floor use, the high-speed load series is said to satisfy most demanding user requirements.
