Foxborough, Mass.-Model 223 pressure transducer is designed for monitoring specialty gases on an in-line basis in applications found in gas delivery systems, semiconductor process tools, gas cabinets, and pharmaceutical/biotech process. The device employs its developer's proprietary variable capacitance technology which is said to provide excellent zero stability and long-term reliability. Packaged in a 1-in. dia. welded stainless-steel housing, the 223 has a rotateable cover for side access to multi-turn potentiometers for fine zero and span adjustment. It is available with 5 V dc, 10 V dc, or 4-20 mA output with 0.2% of full scale or 1.0% of reading accuracy. Ranges offered are 0-25 psi to 0-3,000 psi in gauge, absolute, or compound pressure.
