RFO Type sensors

Staff -- Control Engineering, 4/1/1999

Plainfield, Conn.— Gems Sensors Inc. has introduced its 3/4 in. and 1 in. RotorFlow RFO Type sensors designed for continuous monitoring of flow rates to 60 gpm. The sensors effectively double the flow rate capability of previous models. Flow ranges span from 2.0-30.0 gpm for 3/4 in. ports, and 4.0-60.0 gpm for 1 in. port sizes. These larger sensors are ideal for applications requiring high flow rates such as semiconductor process equipment cooling; industrial water treatment, and HVAC fluid monitoring; among others. Design enhancements include an all new body casting, featuring a larger, deeper flow cavity; wider paddle wheel flaps, new port connections, and a more visible red rotor. Gems Sensors Inc.
