Low-cost OEM drive

Mountain View, Calif.— Digi-Drive is a series of low-cost, customizable, single-phase ac drives designed to integrate into existing and new OEM applications. When packaged in NEMA 1 enclosures for retail and light commercial applications, the drives are called SmartCom. The drives control speed in ½ hp single-phase ac induction motors. Digi-Drive will sell for less than $65 in OEM volume quantities. It is targeted at pump, fan, and compressor applications. Anacon Systems
