Profibus comes to Flex I/O

Bakersfield, Calif.— 3170-PDP is a Profibus DP adapter for Rockwell Automation's Flex I/O systems. The adapter concentrates data from up to eight Flex I/O modules into a single Profibus DP node with all Flex I/O and Flex Integra I/O products supported. Any mixture of analog or discrete modules can be interfaced to a Profibus DP network. Installation consists of setting node addresses and configuring the host. Front panel LED indicators aid troubleshooting.ProSoft Technology Inc.
