The controller eases system set-up, monitors performance trends, and makes on-the-fly speed adjustments for maximum performance. MS332 automatically calculates the exact speed ratio between lead and follower systems during set-up. While running, its Machine Trending feature monitors machine operation and automatically fine tunes speeds to compensate for system imperfections like wear, stretch, and product deviation to help keep the machine in phase. The product's Programmable Event "Phase" Matching Rate feature allows gradual phase correction over multiple machine cycles, reducing maintenance expense and downtime for machines due to abrupt phase corrections.
