Menlo Park, Calif.— PMC-Dual100BT provides two independent fast Ethernet interface controller ports on a single PMC module. PMC is a mezzanine module for PCI and CompactPCI platforms. The unit uses the new Intel 82558 Ethernet controller and supports LynxOS, VxWorks, and Windows NT. The board complies with IEEE 802.3 for 10BaseT and 100BaseTx and supports both full- and half-duplex modes. It includes 3 KB of transmit and 3 KB of receive FIFO (first-in-first-out), allowing back-to-back transmission with minimum interface latency.
