Alert manager improves asset management

-- Control Engineering, 4/1/2002

Phoenix, AZ - Release 140 of Honeywell's Alert Manager expands integration capabilities to collect, organize, analyze and identify equipment and process conditions that may, if left unattended, lead to failures and unscheduled process shutdowns. Key among the Alert Manager Release 140 enhancements are tools to aid data access from a variety of sources via OLE for process control (OPC); verification of document links; retrieval and listing of assets, symptoms, and faults for use within other applications; and enterprise wide information viewing.
