Stamford, CT—Omega iSeries has added an UltraCompact Version requiring only a 2-in. space behind the front panel. The family of microprocessor-based instruments is offered in two DIN sizes with NEMA-4, IP65-rated front bezels. These temperature, process, and strain-gauge meters and PID controllers are said to be the first complete series of 1/8-DIN process control instruments and meters with totally programmable color displays. The display can be programmed to change color at any setpoint or alarm point. Price starts at $285.
