Machine vision system for quality control

Third generation Spectrum vision system includes eleven 1k x 1k frame buffers for more than 92 Mb of pixel resolution in gray scale or full color. The dedicated vision engine inspects full resolution color images at more than 10,000 ppm (160+ pps). New software sets sensitivity levels automatically. System features user-friendly pop-up menus with no Microsoft Windows operating systems, no drivers, no programming and suits many industries.
