The 2.5-in. CoreTech C125 series incremental encoder provides maximum operating speeds of up to 10,000 rpm, is designed to handle radial or axial loads of up to 40 lb, and operates in temperatures from -4 to 185 ºF (-20 to 85 ºC). Up to 820 kHz frequency response and a firmware-generated marker pulse of 90º or 180º provides incremental feedback for speeds up to 10,000 rpm while maintaining marker width and synchronization. Alignment of electrical position to the mechanical encoder position is reportedly quick and easy with a simple setline.
