Conolog talks merger/acquisition with Princeton Technology Group

Somerville, NJ—Conolog Corp. reports that it has started merger/acquisition talks with Princeton Technology Group (PTG). Conolog is an engineering and design company that provides digital signal processing solutions to electric utilities worldwide. PTG designs digital solutions software and hardware, and provides Conolog with software platforms, including its PDR2000 digital protection system.'Our engineers have worked closely with PTG over the years, and are impressed with their high level of sophistication and software solutions for complex designs. Their knowledge of international communications standards makes them a valuable partner in Conolog's expansion into those markets,' says Marc Benou, Conolog’s president. 'PTG presently provides solutions to a number of Fortune 500 companies, and we expect that this design/manufacturing base to expand in the coming years.'
Conolog also designs and manufactures electromagnetic products for the military, and provides engineering and design services to a variety of industries, government organizations and public utilities nationwide. The company's Iniven division manufactures digital signal processing systems, including transmitters, receivers and multiplexers.
