Software suites for control, monitoring, DAQ

Temecula, CA—Two automation software suites from Opto 22 include control programming, HMI development, and connectivity tools for designing, developing, and maintaining industrial control, monitoring, and data acquisition applications. ioProject Basic and ioProject Professional are designed for use with the company’s Ethernet-based programmable automation controllers (PAC), including the recently introduced Snap PACs.

ioProject Basic software suite includes ioControl Basic, ioDisplay Basic, ioManager, and various other tools and utilities. IoProject Professional includes the same components, but with added features and functionality, and OptoOPCServer. IoProject Basic supports all Opto 22 Snap Ethernet-based I/O and Ethernet Optomux industrial control and input/output systems and components, including recently introduced Snap high-density digital, load cell, and other modules.

ioProject Professional features of ioControl and ioDisplay components give existing users the opportunity to use Snap PAC-S and Snap PAC-R Ethernet-based controllers with their control systems, and the option of adding OptoTerminal touchscreens to them. ioProject Basic is free with the purchase of any Snap PAC R- or S-Series controller. ioProfessional costs $999; components are available separately for $399 each.
