PSQ 6000 ultrasonic and current/voltage adaptive control quality monitoring system provides non-destructive testing for medium-frequency applications, such as automotive welding and assembly lines. Adaptive current/voltage control mode measures current and voltage, and it also allows the course of resistance and energy to be recorded, controlled, and accurately evaluated during welding. Adaptive control algorithm ensures constant weld quality and reduced expulsion. Ultrasonic system consists of an XQR control board, UDM signal processor, and ultrasonic sensors. System ensures spot-weld quality, as the ultrasonic transmission curve reliably displays and documents the spot-weld diameter.
