Piping system trap stations easy to replace

Staff -- Control Engineering, 4/1/2006

V2-LB and V2-RB high-performance trap stations are suited for use with the company's VCCM condensate manifolds or other trap applications. Station combines two bellows-sealed isolation valves with the company's QuickTrap 2-bolt universal connector for easy trap replacement in minutes without disturbing piping. Two BO2 blow-off valves are also included, facilitating visual inspections of steam trap operation, pressure equalization during maintenance, and effective blow-down of the integral strainer. Valves are designed for 10,000 duty cycles. Features include tight, reliable shutoff through satellite-hardened valve surfaces on head and seat. Wetted components are all stainless steel. www.tlv.com TLV Corp.
