panelLink industrial panel computers have been upgraded to offer Intel Pentium M and Celeron M CPU options. Systems also feature thermal redesigns to better facilitate airflow and heat dissipation. Upgrades reportedly extend usage of the thin-chassis device beyond embedded applications running Microsoft Windows CE .Net and XP Embedded to bring a more powerful PC solution to the factory floor. Equipment uses an internal 80 mm fan to dissipate heat in the small chassis while offering operators a 15-in. XGA TFT LCD or 17.1-in. SXGA TFT LCD touchscreen interface. Other features include an optional stainless steel NEMA 4X bezel, dual Ethernet ports, and four USB ports. www.dynics.com Dynics/Ann Arbor Technologies
