Staff -- Control Engineering, 7/1/2006

Machine Control & Discrete Sensors

Ti50 and Ti55 FlexCam thermal imagers are said to offer 320 x 240 pixel resolution, leading thermal sensitivity, and a 5-in.-high, bright LCD. Suitable for demanding infrared environments where superior resolution and thermal sensitivity are required, the cameras combine analysis and reporting software with such features as a 25 micron, uncooled vanadium-oxide (VOx) microbolometer detector, thermal sensitivity of 0.05 °C NETD for the Ti55 and ±0.07 °C NETD for the Ti50, an on-camera Microsoft Windows CE interface, and optional wide angle and telephoto interchangeable lenses. Cameras offer temperature measurement to 600 °C and an image capture rate of 60 Hz. AutoCapture feature can be pre-programmed to capture images at preset, timed intervals or when target temperatures are reached. www.fluke.com Fluke Corp.
