Wireless analog and switch data acquisition products from Wilkerson Instrument offer Modbus RTU-protocol with 1 to 247 remote units and line-of-sight ranges to 20 miles. DR9050 control unit interfaces to a standard Modbus RTU RS485 network, allowing a Modbus controller to access the remote units. DR9051 remote unit is available with dual 4-20 mA inputs, RTD input, or strain gauge input. It also has 4 discrete inputs for monitoring switch status. Strain gauge input provides 10-V excitation for 4 bridges in parallel. RF connection can be 900 MHz or 2.4 GHz.
