Advanced low-threshold (LVT) CMOS process module based on 0.35 µm analog CMOS (C35) technology extends austriamicrosystems’ foundry technology portfolio. Set of 3.3 and 5.0 V NMOS and PMOS devices offer threshold voltages as low as 0.4 V while keeping other MOS and bipolar devices unchanged. Process modularity enables CMOS IP reuse; module can be used in combination with other austriamicrosystems’ proprietary specialty technologies based on the 0.35 µm platform.
