Enhancements to Avantis.Pro enterprise asset management (EAM) software from the Avantis unit of Invensys Process Systems are designed to provide better support for reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategies. Release 4.2 offers enforcement and validation of critical asset information required for integration with third-party root-cause-analysis functions. PM functions have been expanded to enable analysis of forecasted labor and material requirements. Globalization and multi-site capabilities for sharing equipment information, PM jobs, and costing across plant locations have also been improved.
