Lab-on-a-chip technology
Staff -- Control Engineering, 7/1/2007
Micronit’s lab-on-a-chip technology platform is expanding to include four glass microfluidic mixers enabling high-quality mixing of micro or nanoliters of fluids in milliseconds. Mixers enable fast and effective mixing, even at low pressures, and are optically clear and suitable for aggressive chemicals. They are based on two mixing principles for use with either low Reynolds number mixing or high Reynolds number mixing. The micromixers are available in four options, and can be combined with a lab-on-a-chip kit which creates a complete micromixer set-up for immediate start of micromixing experiments. www.micronit.com Micronit
