Industrial control equipment sales rising, says NEMA

National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) tracks industrial control equipment, among other numbers, and at present, the trend looks good according to the organization’s “Primary Industrial Control Index” through mid-2007. Industrial control equipment, a $2.6 billion U.S. market, is primarily used in industrial applications for the control or regulation, or both, of power utilization apparatus, including motors, says Walt Kozikowski, NEMA industry director.
