Another problem with the new modem materialized this week. It will not receive calls. It will only call out. After an hour on the phone with tech support for the alarm notification software vendor they came to the conclusion that it was a hardware issue. They sent me another one so we would have two to compare against, however, when it arrived today, it was a PCI modem not the USB modem that we require. They have been made aware of the problem and are sending another USB modem at this time.
