Nucor Refines Steel Recycling Using NI hardware and software
Using hardware and software from National Instruments, Nucor developed a variety of automation systems that have greatly reduced the amount of electricity used and eliminated potential safety issues at its Marion, Ohio facility. By programming with NI LabVIEW and PACs, Nucor was able to increase efficiency and drastically reduce the costs of facility automation by ten-fold. View the full case study.
