Kübler by Turck expanded its encoder line; Sendix 5006 2-inch incremental encoder has a stainless steel housing and seals to resist corrosion and physical abuse in harsh plant environments.

Kübler by Turck has expanded its encoder line to include the Sendix 5006 2-inch incremental encoder, featuring a completely stainless steel housing and Viton seals to resist corrosion and physical abuse in harsh plant environments. The Sendix 5006 incremental encoder can handle large fluctuations intemperature, from -40 °C to 85 °C, and is IP67 rated when sealed.This encoder is available with ten pulse counts up to 5,000 PPR and with push-pull or RS-422 outputs. It incorporates a proprietary Safety-Lock bearing assembly that has been tested to provide additional protection againstvibration and installation errors. The Sendix 5006 incremental encoder is said to be ideal for use in a wide variety of industries, including food packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical, oil and gas, as well as other challenging applications within corrosive environments or requiring long-term durability. www.turck.us
