Binder-USABinder-USA expanded its line of RD24 Series 692 and 693 right-angle connectors with PG11 and PG13.5 cable outlets. The male and female cable connectors can now accept cables with an OD of 8-12 mm. Binder RD24 connectors are reportedly suited for industrial power applications. The new RD24 connectors have cable outlets that are PG11 or PG13.5 allegedly making it possible to fit cables with diameters between 8-12 mm. All Series 692 and UL approved 693 connectors are offered with 3+PE or 6+PE silver contacts. A screw clamp termination is available for the 3+PE versions and a screw clamp, solder or crimp termination is available for the 6+PE versions. The right-angle connectors are rated up to 16A per contact and up to 600V for UL versions. Cordsets and panel mount connectors are available. When properly mated the system is rated IP67 ensuring protection from liquids and debris, Binder says.
