Network Integration - Network hardware: The VPort 56-2MP-T is a wide-temperature HD IP camera with built-in 10x optical zoom designed for mission critical environments. This is a Control Engineering 2014 Engineers’ Choice award winner. The VPort 56-2MP is a full 1080P HD resolution (1920 px x 1080 px) H.264 box type IP camera designed for mission critical environments. With advanced optical technology featuring 10X optical and 16X digital zoom, this camera greatly improves the efficiency of your surveillance system and ensures the best video quality. Complete optional housing and PT scanner accessories are available, making the VPort 56-2MP series a suitable solution for virtually any kind of indoor or outdoor installation.

Thanks to highly specialized engineering, the VPort 56-2MP-T is one of the world's only IP cameras that can operate in temperatures ranging from -35 to 75 C without requiring a fan or heater in the outdoor housing. It is also designed to Class 1 Division 2 certifications standards for the monitoring of critical oil and gas assets, as well as to EN 50121, EN 55022, ATEX Zone 2, and NEMA TS2 standards.

The VPort 56-2MP-T provides best-in-class image quality with three simultaneous H.264 and MJPEG video streams at up to 1920 x 1080 HD resolution sent at 30 FPS. Built-in image optimization technologies include DNR (digital noise reduction), WDR (wide dynamic range), and BLC (back light compensation), which reduce noise and motion blur. It is also ONVIF compliant for seamless integration with third-party software platforms and NVR recording products.

The VPort 56-2MP-T is available with an optional single-mode fiber Ethernet port for long distance installations along highways or pipelines. Built-in network security functions such as 802.1x and SSL/SSH prevent unauthorized access or data hijacking, a critical feature for many industrial surveillance applications.
