Enclosures molded in custom colors
Arca JIC enclosure family from Fibox is now available for molding in custom colors with PMS (Pantone Matching System).
The Arca JIC enclosure family, from Fibox, can be molded in custom colors. In addition to the standard RAL 7035 light grey color, volume users can specify a specific color matched to PMS (Pantone Matching System), FED STD 595C, or European RAL Colors.
This allows users color customization to specific application needs, for example, red for fire alarm control panels or white for solar industry applications. OEMs can tailor product appearance by specifying custom colors identified with their brand image.
The Arca enclosure line consists of 10 standard JIC enclosure sizes ranging from 6 x 6 x 4 inches D to 18 x 16 x 10-in. D. Available in 120 configurations, the enclosures feature opaque or transparent screw covers or hinged latched cover versions. This size range targets OEM instrumentation, controls, and automation applications, and accommodates larger components and high power applications.
Stylized enclosures, manufactured using injection-molded polycarbonate, a high, impact-resistant plastic, provide ease of customization, robustness, superior UV and chemical resistance, and wide temperature range. They feature UL listing, NEMA 4X and IP66 / IP67 rating, and CE certification. These enclosures protect electrical and electronic equipment in applications including chemical manufacturing, food processing, wastewater treatment systems, clean energy including wind and solar, and hostile indoor and outdoor environments.
