Courtesy: AutomationDirectAutomationDirect’s ultrasonic sensors now include additional 1 8mm round plastic DC models. The UK1 series are IP67 rated sensors with a 15 to 30 V dc operating range and are fitted with an M12 quick-disconnect. The UK1 series offers six output types: single PNP, Dual PNP, 4-20 mA only, 0-10 V only, PNP and 0-10 V, and PNP and 4-20 mA. Models are available in four sensing ranges: 50-400 mm, 100-900 mm, 150-1,600 mm, and 200-2,200 mm. The sensors are equipped with LED status indicators and a push-button teach feature for configuration of normally-open and normally-closed states for DC output models and for adjustable sensitivity on analog output models.

Case Study Database

Get more exposure for your case study by uploading it to the Control Engineering case study database, where end-users can identify relevant solutions and explore what the experts are doing to effectively implement a variety of technology and productivity related projects.

These case studies provide examples of how knowledgeable solution providers have used technology, processes and people to create effective and successful implementations in real-world situations. Case studies can be completed by filling out a simple online form where you can outline the project title, abstract, and full story in 1500 words or less; upload photos, videos and a logo.
