TDK Corporation has added 300W models to the TDK-Lambda PH-A280 series of dc-dc power modules with high voltage dc input. They operate from a dc input of 200 to 425 Vdc, which is widely used in high voltage dc current (HVDC) applications. The PH300A280 power modules are available in four output voltages; 12, 24, 28, and 48V. These outputs are adjustable over a very wide range of -60% to +20% to suit non-standard voltages. All modules operate at full load over a baseplate temperature range of -40 to 100 °C making them suitable for liquid, air cooled or conduction cooled systems. The dimensions follow the industry standard half brick format (61.0 x 12.7 x 57.9mm). The PH-A280 units are equipped with remote sense, remote on/off, overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuitry.
