Courtesy: CicoilCicoil's Flexx-Sil rubber jacketed clean room cables are designed for semiconductor industry applications. The Flexx-Sil rubber jacketed cables meet the Air Cleanliness Requirements of ISO 146441, exceed the outgassing requirements of ASTM E595 and are useful in vacuum environments as well.

Cicoil's computer-controlled extrusion process allows each individual power conductor, signal pair pairs, tubing or multi-wire bundles to be placed in a flat parallel profile, precisely controlling the spacing of each individual component, insulation thickness and the overall cable shape. The Cicoil Flat Cable Solution ensures that each of the inner components do not rub against each other, wear or deform during operation and don't move within the Flexx-Sil material that forms the outer jacket.

Cicoil's Flexx-Sil extruded cables are designed to be impervious to continuous motion, tight routing, vibration, UV light, steam, pressure washing, de-ionized water, alcohol, autoclave, mechanical stress, expanded temperatures (-65 C to +165 C) and many chemicals.
