Electrical connectors: Global distribution agreement

Harting has reached an agreement with Digi-Key, which will expand availability of Harting electronic and electrical connectors.

Han-Yellock - HARTING Han-Yellock departs from traditional industrial connectors by combining many new features including pushbutton latching, simplified assembly, potential multiplication and much more. This is a Control Engineering 2011 Engineers' Choice (EC) nominee.Harting announced it has signed a new global agreement with distribution company Digi-Key Corporation. Digi-Key's presence in the market will support the expansion of Harting globally. Digi-Key's web base will advance Harting's online presence all over the world, allowing 24/7 access.

Electronic connectors are being increasingly used in rugged applications, while requirements also demand smaller package sizes and more efficient assembly processes. Digi-Key's customer service, married to powerful web-based search tools, will provide customers with the opportunity to access Harting's network.
