Power distribution unit

The ePDU power distribution product line from Eaton Corp. is now available in 400 V configurations.

05/09/2011

Eaton Corp. announced 400 V configurations for its ePDU power distribution product line. The new units help reduce power distribution costs in enterprise-class data centers where high-density computing is required. They are Underwriters Laboratories (UL)-listed and use IEC 60309 input connectors approved for use in North America. The standard offering includes 20- and 30-amp configurations with monitoring and outlet switching capabilities. Data centers can use this product to power information technology racks without the need for a stand-alone power distribution unit.
