New DIN-rail Disconnect/Test with Mechanical Interlock, Mini-Automotive Blade-style Fuse and Fuse Disconnect with Pivoting Holder (5x20 mm) accommodate one output and two input potential commoning. This provides convenient in-circuit current testing and potential distribution on both sides of the block — ideal for process measurement applications.

The third jumper slot permits test and measurement via plugs/taps without distributing machine wiring. For example: Test 4-20 mA signals or record data by disengaging the knife/pivoting disconnect, or removing blade-style fuse. This routes the circuit to a plug/data recorder in the third slot. Similarly, fuse testing occurs on the opposite end of the signal. All slots accommodate step-down jumpers, staggered jumpers, push-in type jumper bars and wire jumpers for potential commoning in virtually any manner. The two-conductor (AWG 22–12) fuse blocks accommodate Topjob S connectors for additional versatility.

Knife disconnect block:

Rated 15 A/300 V, three models are available with or without a mechanical interlock. The interlock safely holds the disconnect link in place to assist test and measurement.

Mini-automotive blade-style fuse blocks:

Three models are available — a 12 V or 24 V unit with a blown fuse LED, or without LED indication. Blade-style blocks are rated 10 A/30 0V.

Fuse disconnect with pivoting holder:

Available with or without a blown fuse LED indicator, fuse disconnect blocks with pivoting holder accommodates mini-Metric fuses (5x20 mm). Units are rated 6.3 A/250 V.
