Horner’s EXL10 operator control station (OCS) controller uses Horner’s built-in XL Series I/O and features three Modbus Serial ports (RS232/485), dual independent Ethernet ports, and dual CAN ports. The two CAN ports use CsCAN for Distributed Plug and Play I/O over a 500 m distance while providing support for CANopen and J1939 for mobile applications. The 10.4-in. VGA color touchscreen complements Horner’s Cscape 9.6, SP3 programming software. The crispness and size of the EXL10’s high-performance screen make the controller useful in ambient lighting conditions. The large VGA color touchscreen enhances graphics while providing high outdoor visibility. Other features include dual 10/100MB (Auto-MDIX) Ethernet for Modbus TCP C/S, HTTP, FTP and SMTP. It also has USB 2.0 ports for programming and flash drive support and a 32 GB microSD slot for application updates and data logging.
