You further grant CFE Media the right to use your name, likeness and/or biographical information in connection with each Article.
In addition to posting Articles for purposes of the Contest, CFE Media will consider publishing the Articles submitted by Prize winners and others, and, if it does so, to attribute authorship of the Article to the Author. 5. Judging

Within ninety (90) days following the end of the Entry Period, all eligible entries received will be evaluated by one or more qualified judges selected by Sponsor.  Entries will be judged on the basis of the number of bona fide unique page views and comments received online by each Article, with each comment counting as 25 unique page views.  The judges will evaluate in their good faith discretion whether a page view or comment is bona fide.  Page views or comments that are automatically generated, provided by the Authors or anyone given incentives by the Authors to do so will not be deemed “bona fide” and may disqualify an entry from eligibility under the Contest. In addition, unintelligible or irrelevant comments may be disqualified in the sole discretion of the Judges. The judges will be qualified to apply the above standards to the entries in determining the winners. The decisions of the judges with respect to the selection of the winners, and in regard to all matters relating to this contest, shall be final.  Winners will be notified by email or postal mail on or before April 30, 2015.

6. Eligibility

7. Prizes

A single cash Prize in the amount of US $250 will be awarded to the winning Author in each Category.  If there are no eligible entries for a particular Category, no Prize will be awarded in that Category. If a winning Article was submitted by multiple contributors, a single Prize of $250 will be provided for all of those contributors.

8. General

No cash substitution, transfers or assignments of Prizes allowed.  In event of unavailability, Sponsor may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.  CFE Media may require winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fifteen (15) days of Prize notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected.
