Stormwater dike

The PIG Drive-Over LEAKBLOCKER Dike is specifically designed to contain leaks, divert stormwater, and help facilities meet SPCC and Stormwater Regulations. This flexible barrier will not crush or compromise containment, even when driven over. The HogHyde skin stands up to heavy traffic while resisting the damaging effects of UV rays, making it ideal for long-term use. It also features a super-sealing urethane that bonds to asphalt and concrete without adhesives. In addition, its narrow footprint fits tight ledges and small surface areas, allowing it to mold easily around mounting brackets and other obstacles.

Curtain wall

The sliding Blast Freezer Curtain Wall is a light, safe, and affordable airflow and thermal barrier for blast freezer cells. This insulated curtain wall eliminates the need for heavy and dangerous insulated panel doors used by food manufacturers and distributors to seal their blast freezers/chillers. It provides a safer and simpler alternative for food processors to quickly bring seafood, meat, and other foods to an optimal temperature to maintain their freshness, safety, and integrity. The Blast Freezer Curtain Walls are custom-designed to match each customer’s unique application and specifications.

Absorbent pillow

The PIG LEAKTRAPPER Universal Absorbent Pillow is designed to absorb nuisance leaks and drips before they hit the floor and become a slip and fall hazard. Ideal for wrapping around pipes, the loop-backed pillow attaches to Velcro hooks and can easily be positioned to capture oil, coolant, solvent, and water leaks at their source. Also, its puncture-resistant, impermeable poly backing prevents strike-through onto surfaces, and the pillows are available with dimensions of 9-in. by 9-in., 14-i.n by 14-in., or 14-in. by 21-in.

VFD test

The Variable-Frequency Drive Test contains 40 questions and can be used to evaluate candidates’ understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting of common installations of variable frequency drives in industrial settings. This test is designed to assess candidates in areas of Mechanical and Electrical Motor Theory, VFD Components, Drives, and Troubleshooting. The VFD Test will measure the knowledge of a candidate entering a position where they may be responsible for handling the day-to-day issues or long-term maintenance of VFD installation. This test also covers safe operation of all components and circuits in the entire VFD system.

Digital multimeter

The U1230 Series handheld digital multimeters provide features that simplify everyday tasks even in dark and noisy conditions. In noisy environments, the U1230 Series enhances continuity measurements with a unique combination of alerts: loud beeps and a blinking backlight display. These DMMs provide noncontacting ac voltage detection, helping users safely detect and avoid hot wires, and alerting them with beeping/blinking alerts. The U1230 Series are housed in compact, ergonomic cases; have an easily accessible control dial; and have a CAT III 600 V safety rating to better protect against arc blasts.

Agilent

Offline inspection tool

The AT33IND instrument is ideal for troubleshooting and the inspection of incoming or stored motors before installation or repair, showing the complete condition of the Stator Windings, the Rotor, Contamination, Ground Fault and Connections. Within minutes the operator can get a complete picture of the condition of the motor without having to stress-test the windings or use other more expensive or elaborate instruments, which can be difficult to operate and analyze captured data with. Directions are shown step-by-step on the screen and virtually any user can do the testing and understand the results.

These thermal imagers introduce a mix of powerful thermal imaging capabilities such as 76,800 pixels IR resolution coupled with 2% accuracy, <0.05 C thermal sensitivity, 4x digital zoom, and 60 Hz refresh rate, as well as MeterLink Bluetooth connectivity to Extech meters, 3 MP digital camera, and a wide, 3.5-in full-view touchscreen with intuitive interface.

FLIR Systems, Inc.

Vibration analyzer

The iPad Vibration Analyzer, ideal for FFT analysis of vibration frequencies, allows iPad users to take and email readings for real time analysis in a single touch. The SpindleScope software application features full FFT signature graphs from 0 kHz to 20 kHz, measurements of acceleration or velocity, a full listing of the top ten frequencies in order of the highest amplitude, a data save function, setting functions for axis scales, cursors, spectrum data, and background color, an internal/external accelerometer switch, wireless transmission of data captured, and a range of spectrum options.

GTI Spindle Technology

Containment bag

The PIG Drum Containment Bag provides secondary containment and an easy way to hoist containers on and off a truck for convenient field-to-shop mobility. This product is UN-rated for solid hazardous materials shipments and helps facilities comply with shipping and storage regulations. The bag features 6,000-lb capacity lifting straps—strong enough to support a fully loaded 55-gal drum—and can be easily loaded and unloaded using only a truck hoist. Its puncture-resistant, PVC-coated shell clips shut to keep rainwater out, and an abrasion-resistant bottom provides toughness for dragging purposes.

Digital monitor

The rugged SeeSnake CS-10 digital monitor’s one-touch feature enables it to record still images and video. The monitor features video and image playback and the auto-log recording method, which compresses files to help save memory on the USB thumb drive, where digital inspections are stored. The monitor also features SeeSnake HQ software, a program that allows images and video to be imported and stored on a computer for easy media sharing. The 12.1-in. monitor with enhanced daylight readability provides professionals with the ability to clearly view and diagnose line blockages via high-performance cameras.

RIDGID

Emission analyzer

The 350 portable emission analyzer measures NO, NO2, SO2, CO, and O2, with features that include an HID color graphic display, sensors, automatic test programs, and hardened housing that withstands rugged field use. Additional features include a digital sensor platform, a strong flow-controlled pump, Bluetooth communications, USB connectivity, and easy-access panels for simplified field servicing. Options for the 350 include a dilution system with selectable dilution factors, long-term measurements of mass flow and stack velocity, and a variety of industrial sampling probes.

Thermal imagers

The P3 Series of thermal imagers include the Ti32 and TiR32 models, plus the Ti27 and Ti29 models for industrial, electrical, mechanical, and process applications; and TiR27 and TiR29 models for building inspection, energy audit, weatherization, and building maintenance applications. All models are specifically designed to work in even the harshest environments and provide superior image quality with one-handed easy-to-use interfaces. The imagers measure temperature from -20 C to 600 C and feature a high-temperature color alarm on the industrial models and low-temperature or dewpoint color alarm on the building models.

Fluke Corp.

Portable oscilloscopes

The ScopeMeter 190 Series II handheld portable oscilloscopes are safety rated for CAT III 1,000 V / CAT IV 600 V environments. The four input channels are fully isolated from each other to perform differential floating measurements, a critical consideration for troubleshooting fixed-installation three-phase power electronic devices like variable speed motor drives. The ScopeMeter chassis is sealed from the environment with no cooling slots or fans to expose the instrument. The oscilloscopes are tough enough to safely use on the factory floor and in the field.

Fluke Corp.

Test leads

The TL175 Test Leads feature a manually adjustable test tip guard for use in different measurement environments. By twisting the test lead, the user can change the exposed probe tip length from 4/25 in to ¾ in. The TL175 Test Leads are safety rated for CAT III 1,000 V; CAT IV 600 V; and CAT II 1,000 V use. Each test lead is covered by two layers of silicone insulation that resists melting if it comes in contact with hot surfaces and remains flexible in cold situations.

Fluke Corp.
