Christopher Lynch’s experience is multifaceted, giving him a unique perspective on his projects. Some of his experience includes preparing comprehensive fire protection and life safety programs for new and existing buildings. Lynch works closely with clients to understand their fire protection and life safety challenges and develop multiple compliance options designed to satisfy both the code’s intent as well as the client‘s objectives. His project experience is diverse and ranges from code consulting to fire protection system design to commissioning and inspection services. Some of Lynch’s notable clients include the University of Connecticut Health Center, New England Baptist Hospital, and several Yale University laboratories. Lynch enjoys working closely with his peers in a leadership role as the Boston-area operations manager and attributes the early development of his leadership skills to the example set by his parents and his involvement in athletics. His experience outside the office includes applying the lessons his father taught him as a builder at Habitat for Humanity projects in various Massachusetts locations. Lynch also enjoys working with the Society of Fire Protection Engineers to generate scholarship money for students pursuing careers in fire protection engineering. When he has more than a weekend to spare, he and his wife, Tiffany, enjoy visiting international destinations such as Costa Rica, London, and Greece.
