Dora demonstrates leadership in his role as project leader for the TEMA Plant Planning Section for the specification, design, construction, and handover as the owner for Toyota manufacturing plants throughout North America. His most recent assignment at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky has exhibited his continued growth in leadership roles for the expansion of this plant to bring the Lexus brand to the U.S. Since starting with TEMA, Dora has advanced in areas of responsibility from his background of electrical engineering through the entire building components and systems, including civil/structural, mechanical and piping, and electrical power and distribution. He has brought and led innovative cost-effective design and construction improvements while Toyota budgets and schedules have continued to compress. He has achieved many short- and long-term improvements and unique deliveries for project delivery for Toyota manufacturing plants. Dora’s progression in leadership roles has included numerous travel and assignments to Toyota projects in Texas and Woodstock, Ontario. He remains conversant and integrated to new technology through participation in seminars and conventions to continue his professional development. Dora is a leader for Toyota projects primary commitment to construction safety by obtaining his Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-hour credentials as well as participating in all Toyota electrical safety and lockout training. He has authored several Toyota training courses related to power distribution and electrical systems. Dora is a newlywed, having married his wife in July 2015. Together, he and his wife enjoy running 5 and 10k races, traveling, and yard saling.
