22 mm IEC pilot devices are made in USA

c3controls line of American-made 22 mm pilot devices include a modern, low-profile design that helps machine builders and panel builders save space behind the control panel. Time is saved also; no tools are needed for installation or removal. Included is a new Push-Twist-Release (PTR) emergency stop, said to conform to the EN418 Standards for “Safety of Machinery.”

c3controls introduced a new line of 22mm IEC pilot devices, consistent with a long-standing commitment to innovation, engineering excellence, and U.S. based manufacturing, the company said. With the shortest depth of any U.S. manufacturer in the industry and a modern, low-profile design, the new c3controls 22mm line saves machine builders valuable space behind the control panel. The unique design reduces total cost by enabling the user to easily install and uninstall the device with no tools required. c3controls said all of its products are supported with a guaranteed same-day shipping promise.

OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) serving the packaging, food-processing, switchgear, pump station, water treatment, and machine tooling industries also will benefit from the new line, c3controls said, because the 22 mm IEC products are engineered to perform in the most demanding applications.

Highlights include a new Push-Twist-Release (PTR) emergency stop, which conforms to the EN418 Standards for “Safety of Machinery.” This allows machine builders to create higher safety-rated machines.

“The new line of c3controls 22mm Pilot Devices meets the demands of customers and the industry,” said Geoff Taylor, c3controls president. “The creative development of this new line offers” another example of how c3controls supports customers’ needs and requirements. Engineering design, tool and die production, manufacturing, assembly, and distribution are handled internally, in Beaver, Pa., Taylor added.  Read more, from c3controls, about the new c3controls 22mm line.
