BP Review of World Energy

The BP energy charting tool features the ability to graph the data contained in 2015’s Statistical Review of World Energy. Features include: energy data from 1965 for most series, an interactive world map of energy producing countries, customizable chart types, and calculations. Users can remain informed of world energy trends online or offline.

Pump Energy Savings Calculator

Calculate potential energy savings with this app. This tool is designed to compare conventional flow control methods with Rockwell Automation PowerFlex drives and then calculate the differential power consumption for each.

Steam Tools Mobile App

iOS 4.3+, Android 2.3+

This app helps users to identify the right steam tools for a job. Applications include: thermodynamic data for water/steam, supporting the design and operation of expert steam/water equipment. Enter the following data: the corresponding pressure or temperature, water (hf) (sensible heat), evaporation (hfg) (latent heat), steam (hg) (total heat), and specific volume steam.

VSD Energy Savings Calculator

iOS 5.1+, Android 2.2+

Company: Schneider Electric

This savings calculator quantifies the energy savings when variable speed drives (VSDs) are used in mechanical systems using damper controls to run commercial and industrial fans.
