Recently, Ed Mazria sat down with Next City to talk about the upcoming unveiling of a beta release for a new tool called the 2030 Palette.
Many of you will recall Ed Mazria’s presentation from Cannon Design’s 2012 Environmental Awareness Week which focused on his non-profit organization, Architecture 2030 and its mission to rapidly transform the U.S. and global Building Sector from the major contributor of greenhouse gas emissions to a central part of the solution to the climate change and energy crisis.
Recently, Mazria sat down with Next City to talk about the upcoming unveiling of a beta release for a new tool called the 2030 Palette. The free online platform aims to provide the building sector with a framework of best practices for creating more sustainable, low-carbon built environments. After a period of feedback, the Palette’s public launch is slated for this upcoming fall.
