The current ratings of the UFHV series range from 350 to 550 mA that makes them flexible and suitable for small, medium power, high voltage power supplies. Available in bulk, tape and reel and ammo box packaging, the series meets the design criteria for power supplies and multipliers found in instrumentation, plasma displays and electrophoresis applications. Additional features include miniature package and glass passivated junctions, high peak reverse voltage, and fast reverse recovery time.
