Line of sealed lead-acid batteries from GC Electronics offers more than 75 models with outputs of 4-, 6-, 12-, and 24-V in capacities ranging from 1.2 to 230 Amp-hours. Batteries are suited for use in many industrial applications, including backup for UPS, security, programmable logic controllers, emergency lighting, and communications equipment. They come in six terminal types and are also offered with flame-retardant cases. Select models are said to have high-power options that provide 15% more capacity than their standard counterparts. Deep-cycle batteries provide long service and excellent charge characteristics and are UL and CE approved.
