Brady acquiring ID and safety products manufacturer

Milwaukee, WI; Buffalo, NY—Brady Corp. reports that it's completing its acquisition of EMED Co., pending regulatory approval.

Milwaukee, WI; Buffalo, NY— Brady Corp. reports that it’s completing its acquisition of EMED Co., pending regulatory approval. A manufacturer of identification and safety products, EMED employs about 200 people and had sales of $55 million in 2003.
